Tremblay-en-France - « Parc international Sud CDG » (93) Presentation In accordance with the Ile-de-France regional master plan (SDRIF), the aim is to develop in the district a major business cluster designed to host international businesses. To this end, the project will incorporate the creation of a 980,000 m² high-quality business park by extending Paris Nord 2 and the Villepinte Exhibition Centre by 710,000 m². Access Measuring 1,980,000 m², plots are situated south of Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport and north of the A 104. They are bordered by the airport platform, the Paris Nord 2 International Business Park, the Paris Nord/Villepinte Exhibition Centre, the North Villepinte residential area and the agricultural plain. Offer Following on from the spring 2008 consensus-seeking period, the AFTRP will commence work on the concerted development zone (ZAC) in summer 2008, with start-up scheduled for 2010-11.
