Villiers-le-Bel - « Les Tissonvilliers III » (95) Presentation Tissonvilliers III will extend over 160,000 m². Launched by the Val de France combined district council and the district of Villiers-le-Bel, the project will introduce into the heart of the Urban Empowerment Zone (ZFU) an economic and commercial activity hub measuring almost 100,000 m². A development of 160 homes along with serviced accommodation complete the project. Initial construction work is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2009. In order to harmonise the 3 areas of Tissonvilliers, urban planning agencies plan to create a roundabout and a major interchange on the RD 10 in order to ease congestion on the RD 370. The programme in its entirety will integrate the environmental dimension, with regard in particular to alternative rainwater treatment methods. Access Villiers-le-Bel, a district of Val d'Oise, is located 11 miles north of Paris, and is part of the Val de France combined district council, forming with the towns of Sarcelles, Garges-lès-Gonesse and Arnouville-lès-Gonesse an area with a population of 140,000. Offer 86,000 m² divided into 8 plots will be reserved for businesses, of which 16,000 m² will be reserved for a shopping mall. 70,000 m² are currently available. Contact :d.poirot@aftrp.com
