Gonesse - "Les Tulipes Nord" (95)


Presentation
The objective of this project is to drive the economic development of eastern Val d'Oise. "Les Tulipes Sud" concerted development zone (ZAC) is a key component of the initial "Triangle de Gonesse" planning phase. The districts of Gonesse and Bonneuil have set in motion urban planning projects in the area, situated between the RN 17, the A1 motorway and the boundaries of Roissy and Le Blanc-Mesnil. The project will incorporate an alternative rainwater treatment method, managed by Composante Urbaine consultancy firm, together with eco-friendly construction.

Access
Measuring 420,000 m², the site is situated opposite Bourget airport and within close proximity to Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport. It is bordered to the west by the RN 17, to the east by rubbish dumps located along the A1, to the south by "Les Tulipes Sud" concerted development zone (developed by the AFTRP), and to the north by the RD 370.

Offer
The area comprises 4 plots, offering a total area of 300,000 m². An application has been filed for permission to construct the first building, for Movianto (a pharamceutical products packaging company). In addition, Manutan (with over 400 employees based at this location) will be setting up its main warehouse, its French headquarters, as well as training rooms, a staff restaurant and a sports complex for employee use. The remaining two plots, measuring 90,000 m² and 20,000 m², are currently on the market. The concerted development zone is scheduled to open in summer 2009.
