Evry -  "Centre urbain"

This major urban area will comprise four individual sectors in the city centre and include residences separated from offices by landscaped areas. The installations will have the benefit of all the services of a city centre: regional shopping centre, government offices, cultural events, university and sports facilities, hotel accommodations, etc.

Grigny -  "Centre-Ville" - Le Moulin

The “City Centre ZAC” covers 173 acres on both sides of Autoroute A6 and allows for the construction of 320,000 m² of SHON. On the periphery of the future city centre, facing main access routes, plans call for three main sectors of business activity.

Lisses -  Parc d'activités Technologiques

The “Leonardo da Vinci” park covers 272 acres at the edge of a wooded ridge. It is designed to host offices, laboratories, training centres and R&D facilities.

Palaiseau -  « Quartier Ouest Polytechnique » (QOX)

This international cluster, dedicated to the growth of “high tech” businesses, will extend over an area measuring 1,200,000 m². It is the heart of the “System@tic Paris Région” competitiveness cluster. Part of the upcoming Massy/Saclay/Palaiseau/Versailles/Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines town planning scheme (OIN), this exceptional site is the first European research and higher education cluster (Ecole polytechnique, Danone Vitapole, Thales, IOTA, etc.).

Wissous -  "Le Haut de Wissous"

Wissous is located in the midst a highly dynamic and diversified economic network: SILIC, the National Market (MIN) of Rungis, Orly tech, etc. This environment represents a striking advantage for hosting companies with a wide range of activities.

Seine Saint Denis (93)

This new district in the Paris periphery will be multi-functional, offering 800 homes and 30,800 m² of office space. Measuring 80,000 m², the urban planning project will involve restoring the site’s image after the RN 305 expansion, and launching the urban renewal of communal outside areas.

Val d'Oise (95)

Bessancourt -  « Les Meuniers »

The district of Bessancourt was the first to adopt an Agenda 21, which resulted in the district being awarded the Grand Prix de l’environnement des villes d’Ile-de-France. Gonesse -  "Les Tulipes Nord"

The objective of this project is to drive the economic development of eastern Val d’Oise. “Les Tulipes Sud” concerted development zone (ZAC) is a key component of the initial “Triangle de Gonesse” planning phase. The districts of Gonesse and Bonneuil have set in motion urban planning projects in the area, situated between the RN 17, the A1 motorway and the boundaries of Roissy and Le Blanc-Mesnil. The project will incorporate an alternative rainwater treatment method, managed by Composante Urbaine consultancy firm, together with eco-friendly construction.

Roissy-en-France -  Roissyparc International " Le Moulin"

Across from the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle international airport, nestled in a sheltered area, the Municipality of Roissy Porte de France Communes is developing, jointly with the AFTRP, a high-level business park. The "Moulin" site is meant to host companies seeking to establish themselves as owners to benefit from the proximity of airport facilities and a natural landscaped environment created by the AFTRP as of the start of the operation.

Taverny -  "Chêne Bocquet"

The development of a number of parks for business activities has served to create a diversified urban network where high-tech sectors, artisan businesses and mid-line workshops rub shoulders. This means that high value-added companies and service sector businesses meet up with traditional activities, thus creating a synergy that benefits everyone's growth.

Villiers-le-Bel -  « Les Tissonvilliers III »
Tissonvilliers III will extend over 160,000 m². Launched by the Val de France combined district council and the district of Villiers-le-Bel, the project will introduce into the heart of the Urban Empowerment Zone (ZFU) an economic and commercial activity hub measuring almost 100,000 m². A development of 160 homes along with serviced accommodation complete the project. Initial construction work is scheduled to commence in the first half of 2009. In order to harmonise the 3 areas of Tissonvilliers, urban planning agencies plan to create a roundabout and a major interchange on the RD 10 in order to ease congestion on the RD 370. The programme in its entirety will integrate the environmental dimension, with regard in particular to alternative rainwater treatment methods.
